Patient First Visit

New patients who visit Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Fort Worth can expect an easy dental visit for their first dental appointment with us. At your first visit to our Fort Worth office you will experience the advanced and modern dental care we are proud to offer. We always recommend patients bringing in any past medical X-Rays and papers to fully understand your past so that we can guide you in the right direction for your oral health care.

X-Rays

We ask that patients bring any X-Rays or paperwork from your previous dentist to your dental appointment in order to evaluate the perfect treatment for you. This will help our dentist tremendously, as it gives them the ability to understand your current state including your oral health history. If we need additional X-Rays, no worries they can be taken in our comfortable and high-tech facility.

Patient Finances

At Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Fort Worth, we are proud to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card as a form of payments. Patients should know that their fee will be due at the time of their dental visit unless prior arrangements were made by one of our staff members. If you need to split your payments into monthly payments,  please ask of one of our specialists who can further assist you with setting this up.
